DeWitt served as the Construction Manager (CMR) providing comprehensive services to manage and oversee the renovation of the Fasco building into the new Ozark School District’s Innovation Center. For this CMR project, DeWitt provided preconstruction, pricing, construction, improvement, repair, remodeling, renovation, site improvement and equipping of the approximately 158,000 square foot existing building.
The Ozark Innovation Center houses programs for Biomedical/Health, Welding, Digital Art/Media, Marketing, Fashion, and Culinary Arts.
