Freeman Cornell-Beshore Cancer Institute Pharmacy Remodel – Joplin, Missouri
This is a remodel at Freeman’s Cancer Institute to convert an existing kitchen, conference room and partial waiting area into a USP 800 compliant pharmacy. It includes the construction of a cleanroom environment with negative and positive compounding rooms in order to provide the safest hazardous drug compounding environment available to the staff. The cleanroom itself is used to create cancer treatment medications that require an extremely clean environment to limit infections in cancer patients during treatment.
