Missouri State University Pummill Hall Renovations – Springfield, Missouri
This project included a comprehensive remodeling of all four floors of Pummill Hall, originally built in 1952. The interior accommodates the Hospitality and Restaurant Administration department, the Social Work department, with the second floor dedicated to new general classrooms. The elevator in the building was removed and a new, larger, code compliant elevator was constructed in the same location. A new energy-efficient exterior glass curtain-wall system replaced the original exterior. The project also featured new state of the art educational kitchen lab facilities, LED lighting as well as stained and polished concrete floors.
