DeWitt served as the Construction Manager (CMR) for the Clinvest Research office renovation. The project construction included interior demolition and finish out including wood framing, rough carpentry, architectural wood casework, building insulation, hollow metal doors and frames, wood doors, finish hardware, drywall, tile, acoustical ceilings, resilient flooring, paint, toilet compartments, toilet accessories, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical.
