Ashcroft Hall is a 31,000 sf – 115 bed capacity women’s residence hall that was constructed by campus staff in 1964. DeWitt served as the Construction Manager (CMR) for the dormitory renovation. The cast-in-place concrete structure required a complete renovation including replacement of all existing windows and doors, interior finishes, and the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems in addition to a new fire suppression system and code compliant stairway modifications.
