25,000 sq. ft. renovation of the existing in-use kitchen and food preparation areas for Freeman Hospital in Joplin, MO. Construction consisted of multiple phases procured over a one year schedule. Included the construction of a fully functioning temporary kitchen service area to facilitate the complete demolition and reconstruction of the 40 year old facility.
