32,951 sq. ft. new primary care clinic including 45 patient exam rooms, a fully integrated pharmacy, CT & X-Ray imaging services, centralized nurse stations, staff office/administration support space, Mercy Mocha Café, and a secluded community room. Phase 2 expansion included conversion of the Urgent Care pod to a hospital-based emergency department and added a helipad.
The original construction for Bella Vista was completed in just under 12 months. Additional scope was added to renovate a portion of the building from an Urgent Care to the first stand-alone Emergency Department in the State of Arkansas. DeWitt worked with Mercy and the designers to create an Emergency Department conversion.
