DeWitt served as the Construction Manager on this 3-story, 21,000 sf facility which is home to Mid-Missouri Bank’s Operations Center in Springfield, MO. The building includes a 3,000 sf full-service bank on the first floor, a rooftop terrace, bridged walkways, open foyer, conference rooms, board rooms, and break rooms. The south side of the building is primarily glass storefront allowing natural light to flow through the building. The parking lot is also equipped with charging stations for electric cars.
