The Ozark Junior High School Addition consisted of 35,000 square feet of new construction and 24,000 square feet of renovation work. The new addition ties the west building with the remaining school making it a totally contained facility. The school includes a new state-of-the-art kitchen and cafeteria as well as new music and band rooms which also serve as storm shelter for the students and staff. The new entryway leads students into a new media room which contains student oriented features to enhance the learning ability. There is a new administration area housed in the new addition with a safe egress feature. The exterior of the building includes new parking area, bus lanes and new landscaping and sod.
