The 10,608 sf renovation included an interior and exterior refresh. There was a significant upgrade to the front entry and reception area, as well as the optical department. Additional upgrades were made to the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
DeWitt served as the Construction Manager (CMR). Special considerations were needed due to the clinic being fully operational while renovation occurred. Due to the sensitivity of the clinic being an eye clinic, dust had to be mitigated for this CMR project. The showroom also had to stay operational for patients to try on eyewear.
